1. Seller Identification

Tecidos Vivos is an online store operated by Mariana Rodrigues, an individual entrepreneur. All contacts can be made via email general@livingtissues.com or to the address Rua Infantaria 15, 25 2300-573 Tomar, Santarém, Portugal.

2. Object

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.tecidosvivos.pt, as well as the terms applicable to commercial transactions carried out through it.

3. Products

A Tecidos Vivos sells fabrics by the meter. Product descriptions, images, and technical specifications are provided with the utmost accuracy possible. However, minimal variations in color or texture may occur due to the nature of the materials and user device settings.

4. Prices and Payments

The prices shown include VAT at the current legal rate.

The order will be processed after payment confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, with the prices indicated at the time of the order being valid.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to mainland Portugal and the islands via partner carriers. The estimated delivery time is one week after production. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

6. Returns and Right of Free Resolution

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days from receipt of the order, without the need to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision to us through an unequivocal statement via email general@livingtissues.com.

Exceptions to the right of free resolution:

  • Products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized;

  • Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are susceptible to deterioration or becoming quickly outdated.

7. Warranty

Products sold by Tecidos Vivos come with a 3-year conformity warranty, as provided for in Portuguese law. In case of defects or non-conformity, the consumer should inform us in writing, describing the problem and attaching photographs if possible.

8. Liability

A Tecidos Vivos is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the site www.tecidosvivos.pt, including texts, images, logos, and design, are the property of Tecidos Vivos or third parties who have authorized their use. Reproduction, distribution, or any other use without prior authorization is prohibited.

10. Personal Data Protection

A Tecidos Vivos commits to protecting the privacy of its customers. Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and used only for order processing, customer communication, and compliance with legal obligations.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution thereof shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese courts.
