📦 Shipping Policy – Tecidos Vivos
1. Production and Shipment

Patterned fabrics: Orders placed by Sunday at 5 PM enter production on the same Sunday. They are produced during the following week and shipped still this week or the following one, according to schedule tecidosvivos.com.

Plain fabrics, deadstock, others properly identified, and scrap kits: In stock — shipment within 1 business day after order confirmation. If the order also contains items from the 'Patterned Fabrics' category, all will be shipped together, respecting the remaining delivery times.
2. Delivery Times (after shipment)

Mainland Portugal: up to 2/3 business days

Madeira & Azores: Up to 5 business days

Spain: 3–5 business days

Rest of Europe: 4–10 business days
These times are only estimates and subject to change during high-load periods like Christmas.
3. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with the code as soon as the order is shipped. If you need help, contact us via email general@livingtissues.com
4. Changes or Cancellations

Before production starts: it's possible to modify or cancel the order.

After production has started: contact us immediately — we may or may not be able to accommodate the request depending on the status.
5. Delayed Orders
If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe:
