🛒 How do orders work?

Patterned Fabrics: Orders placed during the week (Monday through Sunday) are sent to production on Sunday at 7 p.m. They are produced the following week and shipped to the customer that same week or the following week, depending on the production schedule. We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Plain fabrics, deadstock, other properly identified fabrics, and patchwork kits: These products are in stock. We ship within 1 business day after order confirmation. From then on, delivery times depend on the destination.

🚚 What are the delivery times?

Once the order has been delivered to the carrier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Mainland Portugal : between 1 and 2 working days.
  • Islands (Azores and Madeira) : up to 5 working days.
  • Spain : generally 3 working days, but may extend up to 5 days.
  • Rest of Europe : between 4 and 10 working days, depending on the destination country.

These deadlines are indicative and start from the moment the order is shipped. They may be subject to slight adjustments during peak periods (e.g., Christmas) or for reasons beyond our control.

👀 Do you have an order tracking code?

Yes, at Tecidos Vivos, all orders are sent with a tracking code. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with this code, allowing you to track your order until delivery.

📦 Can I change or cancel an order after paying?

If it hasn't been sent to production yet, yes. Otherwise, please contact us as soon as possible to see if you can still change or cancel.

📬 My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

Check the email with the tracking code to track the shipping status. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received it, please contact us via email [tecidosvivos@gmail.com] or through the contact form.

🧵 Are the standards yours?

Yes! Our patterns are conceived, designed, and developed by us , with creative freedom and a soul of their own. They are unique creations, made on a small scale, with the desire to inspire and create equally beautiful pieces.

We create with intention and without haste, in a process that respects the timing of the idea, the hand, and the material. Each pattern has its own soul—we don't follow trends; we create freely and based on inspiration.

We also offer a selection of plain fabrics that were not produced by us, many of them at the end of the line, chosen with the same care and attention.
