Orders & Others

Patterned Fabrics: Orders placed during the week (Monday to Sunday) are sent to production on Sunday at 7 PM. They are produced during the following week and shipped to the customer in that same week or the next, depending on the production schedule. We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Plain fabrics, deadstock, and others properly identified and Remnant Kits: These products are in stock. We ship within 1 business day after order confirmation. From there, delivery times depend on the destination.

Depois de a encomenda ser entregue à transportadora, os prazos estimados para receção são os seguintes:

• Portugal Continental: entre 1 a 2 dias úteis.
• Ilhas (Açores e Madeira): até 5 dias úteis.
• Espanha: geralmente 3 dias úteis, podendo estender-se até 5 dias.
• Resto da Europa: entre 4 a 10 dias úteis, dependendo do país de destino.

Estes prazos são indicativos e contam a partir do momento em que a encomenda é expedida. Poderão sofrer ligeiros ajustes em períodos de maior volume (ex: Natal) ou por motivos alheios à nossa operação.

Yes, at Tecidos Vivos, all orders are shipped with a tracking code. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with this code, allowing you to track the journey of your package until delivery.

If it has not yet been sent to production, yes. Otherwise, please contact us as soon as possible to check if it is still possible to modify or cancel.

Yes! Our patterns are thoughtfully designed and developed by us, with creative freedom and a soul of their own. They are unique creations, made on a small scale, with the desire to inspire and craft equally beautiful pieces.

We create with intention and without rush, in a process that respects the time of the idea, the hand, and the material. Each pattern has its own soul — we don’t follow trends; we create freely based on inspiration.

We also offer a selection of solid fabrics that were not produced by us, many of them end-of-line, chosen with the same care and attention.
